Privacy policy
This policy explains the limited customer information used to deliver PreOpen Feed and the public-record business information contained in the feed.
Scope
This policy applies to PreOpen Feed, operated by Conecta Media LLC, and to customer information used for the paid pilot and founding subscription.
Customer information
When you purchase through Stripe, PreOpen Feed receives your name and email address so Conecta Media LLC can confirm the purchase and deliver the service.
Conecta Media LLC does not see or store your card number. Stripe processes the payment information.
How customer information is used
Customer names and email addresses are used to:
- confirm a pilot or subscription;
- send PreOpen Feed email editions and CSV attachments;
- send necessary service and billing messages; and
- respond to customer questions, cancellations, and refund requests.
Lead data
Lead data is derived from public records and contains business information. It may include a legal name, DBA, premises address, application details, filing dates, agency names, source record links, stage, confidence, and business contact fields when those fields can be verified with provenance.
No data sales
Conecta Media LLC does not sell customer personal information. The paid PreOpen Feed product contains public-record-derived business information; it is not a sale of customer data.
Payment processing
Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. Information entered in Stripe’s checkout is handled under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.
