Agreement

By purchasing or using PreOpen Feed, you agree to these terms. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.

The service

PreOpen Feed is public-record intelligence for likely new San Antonio restaurants and bars. It ranks licensing and buildout alerts by stage and evidence and delivers them by email with CSV files. V1 does not include a dashboard or API.

Independent service

PreOpen Feed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission or the City of San Antonio. Source links are provided so customers can review the public evidence.

Evidence is not an outcome

PreOpen Feed reports applications and other public-record evidence. We do not guarantee that any listed business will open or that an application will advance on a particular schedule.

An application is not a guaranteed opening. We rank by evidence and tell you exactly what was filed and when.

Paid pilot

The pilot costs $99 one time. It runs for 14 days and includes two email editions with a CSV attached to each edition.

The $99 pilot payment is credited in full toward the first founding month if the customer subscribes within 30 days after the pilot ends.

Founding subscription

The founding subscription costs $149 per month per metro. It includes a weekly email and CSV. Founding seats are capped per vendor category.

Category seats

PreOpen Feed does not guarantee exclusivity outside a founding category seat. The applicable vendor category is the category identified for that founding seat.

Cancellation

You may cancel a founding subscription online at any time. Cancellation stops the next monthly charge.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Send the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request to conectamedia.ads@gmail.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
